These terms apply to purchases from balticboots.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
BalticBoots is operated by Prebo Digital, Johannesburg, South Africa. Contact: hello@balticboots.com.
2. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example for stock or pricing errors, and will refund any payment made.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.
4. Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
See our Return Policy. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
6. Legal guarantee
Goods carry a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
7. Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where you live where it gives you mandatory consumer protection. EU consumers may also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform where available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
