Where we deliver
We ship to EU member states. Prices are shown in EUR.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched from warehouses within the EU, usually by the next business day. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees or customs charges for deliveries within the EU.
Several parcels
Products from different brands ship from different warehouses, so an order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You receive tracking details by email as each parcel is dispatched.

Problems with delivery
If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, email hello@balticboots.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
